From December 1st, 2024, all gift cards purchased will be valid for 5 years from date of purchase. After this period the card cannot be used to purchase any items, and any used balance will be lost and will not be recoverable by the cardholder under any circumstances.
Vouchers are not issued with any personal details attached, the option to customise this information will be available once the voucher is received.
Emailed vouchers are emailed directly to the email address provided
Posted vouchers will be delivered via registered post and may take between 3-5 working days to be received
